Pay: Base commission of 10% of the total payable deal gross, according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $8500 and increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales.

All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan. Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Salespeople subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
- Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
- Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
- Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
- Skill and ability to meet people and listen
