Base Salary Plus Commission - Entry-Level candidates start at an average $40,000 compensation and can make up to $100,000 in compensation during their first year, bringing total compensation up to $120,000 for an outstanding performer.. Experienced candidates start at an average compensation of $70,000 and make up to $120,000 in commission on average.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our vehicle inventory to effectively showcase features and benefits.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, answering questions, providing test drives, and negotiating deals.
- Documentation: Complete accurate and timely paperwork for vehicle sales and financing.
- Follow-Up: Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve dealership goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly automotive sales, is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with customers and team members.
