Job Summary
Gold Coast Cadillac is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join its dynamic and motivated sales team. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about all aspects of the automotive purchasing cycle and have the confidence, enthusiasm, and integrity to assist customers in making an informed and educated vehicle purchase. This is a full-time, commission-based salary with potential to earn up to $250,000 per year.
Who we ware looking for: No experience necessary at all. We hire for character (not experience). Experience is good provided you are teachable!
Compensation & Benefits
The Automotive Sales Associate will receive a base salary of $90,000 plus commission. Benefits include commission-based bonus structure, full suite of medical, dental and vision plans, 401K eligibility, and paid vacation time.
Responsibilities
• Greet clients and inquire about their vehicular needs
• Provide vehicle demonstrations to clients in order to demonstrate the dealer's offerings
• Handle all sales-related administrative tasks such as completing paperwork, invoicing, tests drives, customer follow-up and sales consultation
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track customer purchasing habits
• Keep track of vehicle inventories by researching current inventory levels and confirming availability
• Assist with trade-in vehicle appraisals
• Follow-up with customers post-purchase
Requirements
Willing to learn and apply information and directives
Be comfortable with learning with a "Blank slate"
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and leverage support from other sales team members
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
