Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with customers to answer their questions and help them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
- Obtain necessary knowledge of product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Offer test drives to all prospects and following dealership process’ to gather relevant customer information
- Attending product and sales training courses to increase awareness of new products, sales programs, and accessories available, and translating their benefits to customers
- Preparing accurately completed paperwork to forwarded to the finance and insurance in compliance with state regulations
- Following up on all post delivery items including tag/title work, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
- Maintaining customer base by utilizing the dealer provided customer management system to encourage repeat and referral business
- Proficiency with technology to effectively market themselves to prospective customers.
