Position Overview:
The Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure that every guest's purchase experience yields an exceedingly high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries, prospecting, and developing potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and customer referrals.
This position is commission-based, and the income opportunity ranges from $40,000 - $100,000 per year.
Who You Are:
- You have 2 + years of Automotive Sales experience
- You treat all customers with a high degree of dignity to ensure that the purchase experience yields high customer satisfaction.
- You are driven to prospect and develop potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and referrals.
- You have proven to establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer and dealership-sponsored surveys.
- You value the customer experience and understand the importance of building customer loyalty throughout the vehicle-buying experience.
- You thrive on staying informed and educated on all product model features and benefits.
- You are a dedicated, energetic team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships.
- You have 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Continuously developed new and qualified customer leads.
- Closed sales are consistent with quotas and sales action plan objectives.
- Establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technical and performance requirements essential to perform the position.
- Keep informed, establish, maintain, and fine-tune the skills and abilities required to perform the position to the standards set.
- Seek to understand and then comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform consistently the duties and responsibilities assigned to the standards and goals established for the position.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- You have 2+ years of automotive sales experience
- Eligible to receive a Colorado salesperson license
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
