Automotive Sales Associate - Berglund Of Bedford

Job Summary:
Berglund Of Bedford is currently seeking a driven and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Bedford, Virginia. This is a full-time, commission-only position that offers the potential to earn between $25,000 to $50,000 per year. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding and selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and technology
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and warranties to customers
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring profitability for the dealership
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and referrals for future business
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of current automotive trends and technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
