We are looking for a strong, experienced, self-motivated individual to help our Automotive Sales floor run as smoothly as possible!! This is a full-time position that holds full-time responsibility with GREAT PAY!!!! You will be a key factor in supporting each Sales Consultant with each deal that is made within the dealership, and this is why your organizational skills need to be top-notch!!! Experience in the Automotive industry is a PLUS!!!
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, GED, and/or relative Office Administrator / Automotive Industry experience. Candidates must have strong administrative, computer, and organizational skills. Here are a few of the tasks that out Sales Assistant / Ripper is responsible for:
- Reports all New & Used (CPOV) Sales in DealerConnect
- Claims all Rebates and Uploads Required Proofs If Applicable
- Final inspection of financed deals and put in proper order (including WSC deals)
- Checks deal jacket in CDK to ensure deal is scanned
- Ripper uses Recap sheet from CDK & Miami Log to verify all amounts/information/lienholders on warranties, contracts, receipts, payoffs, etc are correct and match the provided paperwork
- Separate deal into admin pack, trade pack, sold pack, and contract/deal pack (see deal packaging instructions listing order of documents/what goes in what pack)
- Ensures all documents are signed by the appropriate parties in the right places / all docs are in Saturn
- Keeps log of all deals sent to admin
- Keeps log of all deals sent back to F&I/sales mgmt for missing items/deal corrections/etc
- Processes/keeps log of all NVDRs / CERTIFY used vehicles
- Ensures there is a S2S form for all USED & NEW units from another store
- Packages / send bank contract
- Claims any/all rebates for NVDR / follows up on rebate issues
