Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to oversee logistics for our automotive repair operations by efficiently dispatching work to technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication between clients and field technicians to ensure timely and effective repair services.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher in the automotive repair industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming calls from clients requesting automotive repair services.
- Efficiently dispatch repair work to skilled technicians based on repair needs and technician availability.
- Coordinate with the repair team to ensure prompt responses to service requests.
- Monitor the progress of repair tasks and update information accurately in the system.
- Provide regular updates to clients and technicians regarding job statuses and changes.
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with team members.
