Kings Toyota is seeking a dependable, full-time Receptionist. This individual will answer our phone lines as needed in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. Applicant will assist the New Car Sales department with registering vehicles into the computer system, helping with courtesy deliveries, and helping with verifying insurance coverage. Organizational skills are a must. This position will interact with our guests to create a customer-first environment. The Receptionist will also file as well as other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• Current or recent experience in a position with customer contact.
• Ability to work schedule as assigned
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized based on current / recent employment
• Good computer skills to work in CDK daily with training based on current / past employment
• High school graduate / GED
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
