At the Duke of Oil, we pride ourselves on providing fast, reliable, and high-quality automotive services. Our 15-minute quick lube service is at the heart of our customer experience, and we're looking for a motivated and skilled quick lube manager to join our team.

Job Overview:

As the quick lube manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced quick lube service, ensuring that every oil change and fluid service is performed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will manage a team, train new staff, maintain inventory, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction - all while ensuring the service is completed in 15 minutes or less.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of technician to perform oil changes and fluid services within the 15 minute time frame.

• Ensure all services are performed according to company protocols, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.

• Maintain and manage inventory of oils, filters, and other necessary supplies.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service or quick lube operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet time sensitive service goals.

• Excellent customer service and communications skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Ensure compliance with all company expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
