Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford needs to hire a Quick Lane service Advisor to start immediately. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing efficient vehicle service solutions to our customers while also supporting internal service operations.

Responsibilities - Quick Lane Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and suggest services based on vehicle maintenance history and advise customers of any promotional services that would be of benefit to their vehicle.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer's vehicle
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer has a positive service experience
• Build strong relationships with the customers 

Qualifications/Requirements - Quick Lane Service Advisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Professional personal appearance
• A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
