Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining parts to ensure optimal availability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best prices and delivery times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting service technicians, parts counter staff, and retail customers in selecting and purchasing parts.
• Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff to achieve departmental goals and high levels of performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the parts department, ensuring it meets established targets and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements.
• Process and manage warranty claims, returns, and special orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless parts distribution for vehicle repairs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within an automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience using automotive parts management software and systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
