Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield currently has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Office Administrator to bring the team to new levels of success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assists Office Manager with prioritizing and completing daily workflow
- Reviews paperwork for accuracy
- Accurately record sales transactions in dealership
- Assists with daily and monthly accounting reconciliations
- AP/AR data entry and reconciliation
- Various Administrative office tasks as directed

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm
