Job Responsibilities include but subject to change:
- Visually inspect and document the condition of the vehicle based on customers’ requests or concerns.
- Conduct initial diagnostic testing to identify specific issues impacting vehicles.
- Perform maintenance services on vehicles ranging from routine maintenance such as oil changes and lube services, to more complex services as needed.
- Document all services and repairs performed to provide to service advisors and/or customers.
- Identify any additional recommendations for services and communicate with management.
- Communicate with other service staff and/or customers if additional services are required and ensure information is documented and outlined.
- Maintain a clean and safe service department.
- Perform tablet-based visual inspections and maximize recommendations.
