Automotive Mechanic at GTM Automotive

Join the team at GTM Automotive in Bolingbrook, IL 60440 as an Automotive Mechanic. We are looking for a skilled/experienced individual who is passionate about automotive maintenance and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine automotive maintenance such as oil changes and brake system inspections

Diagnose and repair brakes, engine controls and suspension

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.

Utilize hand tools and diagnostic scanners for general repairs.

Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and conduct thorough inspections.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

ASE Certification preferred but not required at hire. Minimum 2yrs hands on experience in an auto repair shop.

Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Knowledge diagnostic tools.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
