About the Job
We are searching for an analytically minded auto mechanic who is ASE certified to help our repair shops customers resolve issues with their vehicles
performance, structure, appearance, and functionality. Our ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers about their vehicles performance
and maintenance history. Youll be tasked with inspecting automobiles mechanical components, systems, and parts to determine their necessary fixes. Youll

Mechanic Responsibilities

Team up with managers and other mechanics to diagnose and service cars coming in for auto repairs
Ensure accurate record-keeping for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service history
Creating estimates for auto repair work and their respective timelines for sharing with customers
Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills
Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs,
and batteries
Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle"s electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
Perform system inspections, test drives, and diagnostic tests to determine necessary repair work

Mechanic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
ASE certification is required
Valid drivers license needed
Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessary
Excellent work ethic, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills are desired

Mechanic Compensation
$18.00 to $25.00an hour

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
