Role Summary
Automotive Company is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee all aspects of our dealership operations. The General Manager will be responsible for driving overall business performance, including sales, service, and administrative functions, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Manage daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, finance, and administrative functions, to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department managers and staff to achieve business objectives and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales, meet revenue targets, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and manage the dealership budget, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve profitability goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all departments, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new market segments, service offerings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards, maintaining high operational and ethical standards.
What we look for
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the automotive industry, with a successful track record of achieving business objectives.

- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and profit and loss management.
