Position Overview:
The Finance Manager ensures that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross objectives daily, monthly, and yearly. They are also responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to customers.
To be considered for this position, you must currently meet or exceed the following metrics:
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants should have at least three years of selling experience with Groove.
- Applicants must average at least $1300 back-end PVR.
- Applicants must average at least one preload sold per deal.
- Applicants should average at least 15 cars per month.
Qualified candidates should also be prepared to discuss the following:
- How do you maintain gross while delivering an exceptional customer experience?
- What attribute/ skill set will you bring to this F&I team that will enhance the department overall?
This position is commission-based pay, and the range of income is based on experience and individual performance, which is $100,000 - $150,000 annually

- You have a sense of urgency and understand the importance of maintaining monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
- Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit it to the accounting department on time.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
- Set and maintain the finance department work schedule.
Additional Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
