A mid-sized automotive dealership located in Fort Worth area needs to hire an Automotive F & I Manager to help customers obtain vehicle financing and encourage them to purchase aftermarket products. We appreciate our employees and invest in their success!

Responsibilities - Finance Manager:
- Work directly with clients to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
- Process applications for vehicle financing and help clients get approved
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates
- Seek out innovative programs that benefit clients and encourage them to buy
- Ensure compliance by following all local, state, and federal regulations
- Train the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to clients
- Process loan, tag, title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently
- Maintain great lender relationships
- Clearly explain all aspects of a customer’s purchase ensuring 100% Satisfaction
- Additional duties as assigned!
Qualifications/Requirements - Finance Manager:
- Previous Finance and/or F&I Managerial experience required
- Knowledge of financial compliance requirements
- Automobile industry experience and knowledge
- Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance department
- An enthusiasm for working closely with both clients and the sales team to help drive new and used car sales.
- Must be friendly and competitive with strong customer service skills and a desire to win.
- Skilled at listening, overcoming objections, and fulfilling the needs of your clients and team.
- Must be a humbly confident team leader with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
