A&B Import Auto has been proudly serving Northern Colorado for over 40 years, and has expanded from strictly European and Japanese auto repair into servicing all makes and models. In the past 18 months, A&B has been growing fast, doubling our shop square footage and production capacity.

We offer:

5 day work weeks - weekends are available for overtime but NEVER required
Continued Growth - Paid trainings at least quarterly to keep skills sharp.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Act with professionalism and adhere to the A&B core values in all capacities.
Perform 25-30 minute courtesy hand wash & vacs on customer vehicles
Perform in-depth paid details for customer vehicles
Perform in-depth details for our used car dealer clients
Polish, paint correction, and other advanced detailing techniques are a plus but not required

Required Job Skills:

Organization & cleanliness -- this is not a dirty shop!
Must have a valid driver's license.
Strong communication between team members.
Time management to handle busy work days and multiple tasks.

Compensation Details:

Hourly pay + bonuses.
Store discounts on vehicles and parts.

Probationary Period:
At A&B, we understand it's hard to know what it might be like to work for a new company. That's why we always hire applicants with a 60 day probationary period. During your probationary period, expect regular meetings with your supervisor to ensure you're settling in well and meeting our criteria for success.
