Responsibilities – Department Manager:
- Oversee daily department operations, manage team members, evaluate their performance, create and implement business strategies, and more.
- Follow company policies
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications – Department Manager:
- Department Management and strong leadership experience is preferred. Good management and decision-making skills, motivator, team builder and participant, great communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
