- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and schedule sales appointments.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure attendance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments and customer interactions.
- Assist with coordinating and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for customer meetings.
- Contribute to meeting sales targets through appointment management and customer engagement.
- Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role is preferred.
- Automotive Sales or BDC experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Teams, Outlook, and various CRM's
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using basic office software and appointment scheduling systems.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Competitive hourly pay at $14 per hour.
