Sears Imported Autos is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Department Call Center as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of phone contact for our valued customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service experiences. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a willingness to acquire new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound service calls, which constitute approximately 80% of daily tasks.
- Handling 50 to 100 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with service scheduling and inquiries.
- Making outbound contacts with current and potential customers through phone, email, and text messages.
- Providing timely updates to customers regarding service appointments and vehicle statuses.
- Addressing routine customer questions related to maintenance, pricing, store hours, and roadside assistance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work proficiently with various computer programs and applications.
- Automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory.
