Job Description
Experienced Automotive Biller needed for large high volume dealership. The ideal candidate is an experienced Auto Biller who wants for work with an industry leader. He/she should have Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience and DMV knowledge, must know how to separate deals, must have at least one or two years of experience with a franchised car dealership, and must have a positive attitude. Candidates should be reliable, dependable, and detailed oriented with an excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities
- Bills all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries
- Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
- Receives and processes all paperwork from the F&I department
- Prepares tax and title documents
- Maintains a police book
- Ensures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
- Helps create and process leasing and loan paperwork
- Provides additional administrative support as needed
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reynolds & Reynolds and/or CDK experience
- DMV knowledge, Verify, and the ability to separate deals
- Billing experience at a franchised automotive dealership
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
