Automotive Assembly Technician - Tony's Muscle Cars

Tony's Muscle Cars is looking for a skilled Automotive Assembly Technician to join our budding business! 

• Disassembly and Assembly of Classic Cars along with building specialty cars performing any combination of following tasks according to customer build specs
• Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and production fixtures.
• Bolts, screws, clips, or otherwise fastens together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units.
• Installs mechanical and electrical components and systems, such as engine, transmission, and axle units; pumps; wire harnesses; instrument control panels
• Must document work performed and write description of defects observed on documents attached to vehicle bodies.
• May work as member of assembly group and be assigned different workstations as production needs require
• Will participate in group meetings to exchange job related information.
• Must be able to work on Customer “walk ins” for minor to major repairs on classic vehicles in a timely manner with quality and assurance the job was completed correctly

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive body and or auto mechanics industry
• Must have the Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have own tools
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of automotive service tech or other training programs a plus.
• Must have Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mean the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and uphold standards for service quality
