The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years prior Automotive Accounting, Deal Clerk, Title Clerk or equivalent Office Manager experience with proven leadership and coaching abilities and a desire to grow

Automotive Accounting / Title-Deal Clerk / Assistant Office Manager Responsibilities:
Assure compliance of policies with regard to all store financial transactions and office procedures
Maintain accounts payable/receivables
Backup each position in the office and step in when needed
Follow and oversee title work, accounting, H/R, benefits, and automotive office functions
Perform other duties as assigned
Automotive Accounting / Title-Deal Clerk / Assistant Office Manager Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Automobile Dealership experience is required!!
Extremely organized multi-tasking ability who can maintain focus and work in a high-pressure, busy environment
Excellent Communication Skills both written & verbal
Ability to manage others and work well under pressure
Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software
Dealer Track knowledge is a plus
High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
