Hiring Immediately, Automotive Accounting Clerk.
We are seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk for our client North Penn VW. Our client is growing and needs accounting administrative support to handle the increased sales. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position, CDK experience preferred. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to the sales, service, and finance departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves multitasking, excellent communication, and organizational skills to maintain efficient dealership processes. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

- Accounts Payable : daily posting of invoices, from emails/websites, paying monthly statements.
- Supporting sales and service teams with clerical tasks, such as warranty purchases, cancellations, and posting claims.
- Other administrative duties as assigned such as PO’s, daily journal entries etc.…

QUALIFICATIONS: ● Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards ● College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus ● At least one year in a dealership sales management position. ● Professional personal appearance ● Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations ● At least two years’ experience in a dealership sales environment. ● Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. ● Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors ● Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
