Automotive Accounting Bookkeeper - Rallye Mercedes

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premiere luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity in our accounting office for an automotive bookkeeper! Seeking a reliable, motivated individual with automotive bookkeeping experience who seeks to join a team with values based in kindness, expertise and family. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately and promptly receive necessary credits.
• Handle all receivable bank deposits.
• Responsible for all customer refunds.
• Review schedules.
• Reconcile weekly commissions.
• Post monthly reserve statements.
• Package daily new/used deals.

Requirements

• 5 years of automotive bookkeeping/accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with CDK.
• Must have experience with costing.
• Experience reconciling reports.
• Microsoft Excel experience required.
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK computer system strongly preferred).
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
• Professional personal appearance.
