Summary
Provide technical information and guide customers looking to purchase products. Process orders and provide customer service in all areas of customer interaction. Knowledge in export shipping and related paperwork.
Duties
- Provide technical information for the application/installation of our products.
- Process orders, trouble shoot and resolve product concerns.
- Recommend and sell racing products.
- Provide second to none customer service.
- Communicate and work with other inhouse departments.
- Help with export shipping arrangements and related documentation.
Requirements
- Automotive Mechanical knowledge.
- Pleasant attitude and committed to excellent customer service.
- Basic Math and Computer skills.
- Be customer, detailed and results oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and use sound judgement.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a team setting and still be able to work independently.
- Shipping experience preferred.
