As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with a particular focus on motor vehicle accidents (MVA) and premises liability.

Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of automobile and premises liability defense matters from inception through trial.
2. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
3. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that is favorable and cost-efficient.
5. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
6. Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and legislation in automobile and premises liability law.
7. Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to ensure effective and efficient case management.
8. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations under the law.
Qualifications
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on automobile and premises liability defense.
4. Proven experience as a civil litigation associate.
5. Exceptional knowledge of MVA and premises liability laws and regulations.
6. Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
7. Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
9. Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
10. Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
