The Automation Sales Executive is responsible for strategic development and sales achievement target of Inpeco direct and/or partner total laboratory automation projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Conversion of customer prospects into sales opportunities and the management of opportunities to achieve sales targets within Inpeco direct and/or partner total lab automation projects
- Knowledge of complex lab operations in order to define the scope and manage the future automation solution for the customer
- Demonstrate understanding of customer financial acquisition methods, procurement processes, RFPs, and capital sales greater than $1M to create and present financial proposals for TLA projects to organizational buying personas.
- Achieve sales targets by selling to C-Suite, VP levels within an organization
- Develops customer value proposition and delivers to all levels of their organization
- Gathers detail-oriented information that captures customer requirements and clearly communicates with internal technical design teams
- Establishes and nurtures productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiates and closes agreements with large customers
- Monitors and analyzes performance metrics and suggests improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Performs research and identifies new potential customers and market opportunities
- Demonstrates consistency and quality in use of CRM tool and process
- Provides timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs

- Proven knowledge of complex lab operations
- Knowledge in customer logistics, financial acquisition methods, supply chain, RFPs in sales greater than $1M
- Execution of sales strategy and opportunity management
- Proven record as strong team contributor and collaborator
- Proven record in continuous innovation and learning
- Strategic Sales skills
- Four-year degree required
- Proven record to sell and achieve sales targets positioning financial proposals at the senior and C-Suite levels / functions within organizations
- Position location: Remote employee, U.S. based location
- Locality based in proximity to major airport
- Travel 40-50% as determined by business and customer needs
