We are looking for an Automation Operator to work in our Richfield, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Healthcare Industry! The Automation Operator is responsible to ensure the automation cell continues running by answering alarms, loading springs or plastic components, and verifies inventory is available and pulled. With this opportunity you will be able to interact with cutting edge automation equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load materials into hoppers and manage inventory using RF scanners
- Conduct visual inspections of incoming parts
- Monitor automation cell performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and follow cleanroom requirements

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- Experience with Automation machines/equipment is a plus.
- Demonstrates a mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to identify problems.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to visually inspect product and identify defects as defined by the work instructions.
- Must be detail-oriented to be able to accurately verify part numbers.
- Ability to use powered pallet jacks.
- Must have a positive attitude that promotes our culture

- Willing and able to stand and move throughout the shift
- The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and the use of wrist and hands
- Required to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing and RF scanner experience a plus, not required
- Possess adequate computer and math skills
Schedule:
The position will begin as a 1st shift role and later transition to a 12-hour shift role, operating on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
