Job Title: Automation Maintenance Technician
Location: Southington, CT (Onsite)
Experience: 5+ years
Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Role Overview:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automation equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and ensure regulatory compliance to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Operate tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and power tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment capability studies.
• Troubleshoot and improve automated systems, including PLCs and sensors.
• Maintain equipment logs and coordinate compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA, ISO, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in maintaining automated assembly equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment like lathes and grinders.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, including PLCs and sensors.
