Auto Supervisor - The Tint Pros

Since 1979, The Tint Pros, has been top of industry in Orange County, CA. Historically known for being a high-end automotive window film company, we at the Tint Pros are actively growing our commercial side of the business and are looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives that wants to help accelerate our continued growth.

YOUR ROLE

As the Auto Supervisor, you will keep all operations running smoothly and efficiently. You are self-motivated, detail oriented and take pride in maximizing the daily operations of your site. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, you are a pro at making tough, strategic decisions to drive your business and you consistently deliver operational excellence. Most importantly, you bring your REAL self to work every day!

We are looking for someone who has excellent communciation skills, doesn't give up easily, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we look forward to seeing your resume.

Responsibilities Overview (including but not limited to)

Daily Operations

â— Act in professional manner at all times

â— Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment at all times

â— Responsible for showing up on time and following job schedule on hourly basis, daily

â— Perform work according to the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and standard

â— Aids service writer as needed to write work orders, interact with the customer, or in any other way necessary to guarantee customer satisfaction

â— Communicates with service advisor and/or dispatcher if additional work is needed

â— Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt of parts and supplies

â— Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order in accordance with operating procedures

â— Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to assist the team in executing daily operations to ensure premium service and smooth functioning

â— Promote a clean, safe and healthy experience for our guests
