WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As a full-time Automotive Service Advisor at Dorso's, you'll work a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM. Your role revolves around maintaining excellent customer service and effective communication. You'll coordinate critical matters such as estimating and quoting repairs for customers, review past service records, review warranty records, and quality checks on completed jobs. You'll also interact with colleagues from various departments, ensuring everyone follows company and safety policies, and assist service and sales personnel as needed. Your top priority is delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing positive employee relationships. This integral role helps keep our auto repair shop running smoothly and ensures our clients receive the best service.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 2+ years of experience in an auto repair facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong people skills and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
