Would you like to work in a low pressure environment? Well Jarrett-Scott Ford is the place. We are looking for both Experienced Sales Person’s and Non-experienced Sales Person who have a desire to become a Professional.
For the experienced sales person, you will quickly experience the benefits for working in our environment.
For the Non-experienced, you will be paid while you are in your training period. Yes, unlike other dealers we pay you to learn your training. That’s right; we don’t require you to pay for the training like some other dealers do.
We Close at 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 5:00 on Saturday.
We are a Locally Owned, and Family Friendly work environment.
You will be selling The Number One Selling Brand in the United States; Ford, and you can pride yourself in selling the top of the line Pre Owned.
After your initial 90 Probationary period you are eligible to participate in some of the company’s financial benefit plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expertly helps the customer locate/select a vehicle and the options best suited to the customer's needs
- Articulates vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services
- Responsibly conducts a vehicle test drive
- Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Completes all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
- Facilitates delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
- Maintains current knowledge of all promotions, financing options, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two to four years of related automotive sales experience
- None to Some related automotive sales experience
- High school diploma or GED required; post secondary education or coursework desired
- Verifiable sales performance (any industry)
- Negotiation expertise
- Demonstrated ability to close sales
- Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- An impressive work ethic
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Three to five years of Ford sales experience
