SALES CONSULTANT EARNING POTENTIAL OF $130K WITH TOP PERFORMERS EARNING $300K
Are you a top performing Automotive Sales Consultant in the St Louis area? If so, Laura Buick GMC, Inc. is looking for top performing Sales Consultants with a proven track record. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months sales experience, strong closing abilities and exceptional customer service skills. We need to expand our sales staff to adequately handle well over 800 vehicle sales per month. Our customers come from all 50 states and a lot of our business is handled over the phone and shipped to our end customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets dealership sales goals
- Writes and processes complete sales paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager
- Attends sales meetings
- Conducts business in an enthusiastic, ethical, and professional manner
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Offers test drives to all prospects and follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customers before test drive
- Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Conducts follow-up sales calls to all customers
- Directs report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Team oriented
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
