Salary: $112,000 - $128,000+ (Based on Experience) + Bonuses + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities
As an Automotive Mechanic Foreman/Shop Supervisor, you will:
+ Lead and Manage the Team: Oversee and mentor a team of auto repair technicians, delegating tasks while ensuring every job meets our high standards for quality and efficiency. Strong multitasking and leadership skills are a must.
+ Own the Process: Retain accountability for shop performance, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely and precise completion of repairs. Stay hands-on with inspections and repairs when needed.
+ Apply Technical Expertise: Use your extensive automotive knowledge to troubleshoot, guide, and support technicians. Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep operations smooth.
+ Maintain Quality Control: Conduct preventive maintenance reviews and enforce quality assurance standards to deliver top-tier service to our customers.
+ Promote Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and productive shop environment, ensuring technicians remain motivated and focused.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a skilled leader with:
+ 10+ years of hands-on automotive mechanic experience in a fast-paced setting.
+ Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
+ (Not required – but extra consideration and salary for expertise in Hybrid and EV repair - highly valued and rewarded).
