BECOMING OUR AUTO REPAIR FOREMAN
You earn a competitive base salary, depending on experience, and receive a commission on completed jobs. Altogether, you have an earning potential of $100,000 - $150,000/year! ABOUT THE JOB
Working hours are from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
You effectively lead a team of automotive technicians, managing daily operations and workflow to keep our shop busy and organized. Using tools like oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment, you help the techs diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. You also help complete automotive repairs and maintenance, coaching your team as necessary to ensure they do a great job. As you work, you maintain a clean and safe environment. You collaborate with service advisors, provide timely job updates, and efficiently distribute repair jobs to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Our ideal candidate is ASE certified or has equivalent experience, but it's not required. Here are the minimum qualifications:
- Extensive experience working on European vehicles
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and workflow management
- Familiarity with oscilloscope diagnostics and different diagnostic tool platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to complete electrical and mechanical tasks
- Valid driver's license
