We are looking for an experienced and motivated customer service professional to join our team. We are an up and coming shop that is already very busy. We pride ourselves in our transparency and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, able to address customer concerns, juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, build value for the customer in our facility performing repairs and follow procedures to keep chaos to a minimum. We went our service advisor to be the best in the industry to give our customers the best they could ask for. This shop is growing rapidly, so we need an individual with drive and experience in a busy work environment.

$52,000 - $74,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments for service technicians
- Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more
- Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience
- Lead vehicle pick-up efforts by coordinating efforts with auto service porters and customers
- Review and verify vehicle warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs
- Leverage automotive technology and product knowledge to clearly address customer needs and share the status of service appointments
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- At least one year of customer service and sales experience
- Must be a team player and have a positive, professional attitude
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be compotent with computer systems
- Must be able to follow procedures
