Woodfield Nissan in Hoffman Estates is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to lead their New Car salesfloor. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record as a GSM or Sales Manager OR TOP PERFORMING SALES CONSULTANT at a New Car Dealership.
If you are looking to jumpstart your career into becoming a MANAGER or you’re an experienced strong multi-tasker who can plan, motivate, and coordinate activities in both the front end and back end with sales consultants on programs that will increase the new and used-car gross and F&I penetration. Must be able to work with individual sales consultants in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provide them with the support to meet these goals. Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process to ensure a great level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication and organization skills are required. We are an appointment driven store.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to have a working knowledge of CDK or strong computer skills to learn
- Organizational skills to prioritize and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have prior management with at least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
- Understand the importance of working and motivating people.
- Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales division.
- Follow through, follow-up and direct the sales staff through consistent training of skills, proven practices and professional approach.
