Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SOW system setup, pricing, banking details and factory obligations
- Create asset return requests in D365
- Responsibility for chain of custody tracking
- Manage customer returns into the factory and ensure transactions meet SOW obligations
- Monitor returned assets as they are processed and remarketed
- Manage non-conforming throughput
- Accountable for account level KPIs and Service level agreements
- Single Point of Contact for factory asset status
- Perform final cost/margin analysis on assets returned
- Execute asset reconciliation in D365
- Responsible for settlement accuracy and financial credit/rebill adjustments
- Generate and deliver Receipt Acknowledgement, Audit and Settlement Reports
- Payment requests and remittance confirmation
- Support redeploy/repair exchange order requests and manage customer owned inventory stored in our warehouse under the MDS program.

- Ensure strongest chain of custody for hardware in our care
- Meet & exceed exacting customer KPIs
- Own & resolve all issues to successful resolution in the client's view
- Collaborate - identify, share & implement best practices.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree
- Typically, 3 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably a sales support or service delivery role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Superior communication skills both, written and verbal
- Experience in working cross-organizationally to achieve goals
- Experience in maintaining strong working relationships and effective lines of communication with internal partners
- Excellence in planning and structuring of complex tasks, managing assignments and follow up through completion- Time management skills
- Exhibits sound business judgement and has a solid understanding of basic financial and Asset Upcycling concepts
- Proven ability to communicate and resolve complex issues independently
- Experience in responding to a wide range of inquiries and the development of appropriate action plans
- Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization to meet or exceed stated performance expectations and commitments
- Strong Microsoft skills- ability to create Excel V look-ups and pivot tables to sort and consolidate asset data

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. USD Annual Salary: $49,500.00 - $104,900.00
