Audit Supervisor/Manager
Location: Kent County, RI (Onsite or Hybrid)

A leading public accounting firm in Kent County, RI, is seeking an Audit Supervisor/Manager to join their team. This role offers the flexibility of onsite or hybrid work while providing the opportunity to lead and grow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee audit engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior staff, fostering their development.
- Prepare and review financial statement engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations.
- Provide expert insight and advisory services to clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Contractors, and Real Estate.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, Attest Standards, and IRS Tax Code to ensure compliance.
- Leverage technology, including Thomson Reuters Engagement Manager (formerly AdvanceFlow), QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Microsoft Office to deliver efficient and effective services.
Qualifications:
- CPA Certification required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on audit engagements.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and engagements across various industries.
- Thorough understanding of technical accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
