Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business, Master’s Degree is a plus.
- CA CPA license highly preferred.
- 4+ years of Public Accounting Audit/Assurance experience.
- Supervisory experience with staff in planning, performing & completing audit engagements.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (working knowledge with ProSystem fx Engagement & CaseWare are a plus).
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills, ability to listen effectively.
- Superior client service skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Job Duties:
- Lead multiple assurance engagements by overseeing the planning, organizing & execution of engagements.
- Provide business and advisory services to our audit clients.
- Review research findings, workpapers, formulate conclusions consistent with the Firm’s policies and determine the best course of action for the client.
- Develop a professional relationship with clients to gain their respect and confidence by consistently delivering excellent work product and providing exceptional client service.
- Proactively assist the Firm in generating new business opportunities.
- Provide training to co-workers and associates as needed on technical areas of expertise.
- Train, supervise, coach, motivate and evaluate department staff.
- Give insight and thought leadership to the Firm on audit/assurance matters.
