We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Audit Supervisor to join our fast-paced Finance team. This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an Audit supervisor with the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in non-profit, government, and corporate audits, financial reporting, and external auditing. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is a problem-solver, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Audit Supervisor will report directly to the Audit Partner and will have a significant role in shaping the firm's growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the audit department, ensuring all audits are completed accurately and on time.
2. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements across non-profit, government, and corporate sectors.
3. Review and approve audit work papers and financial statements to ensure they meet all regulatory and accounting standards.
4. Develop and implement audit strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
7. Collaborate with the Audit Director to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on non-profit, government, and corporate audits.
3. Proven experience in financial reporting and external auditing.
4. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting and auditing standards.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
8. Proficiency in using auditing software and other related technology.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
