Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to the firms growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion while managing client relationships
- Prepare and review financial statements and related documentation
- Identify and assess risks and develop audit strategies to mitigate them
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients effectively
- Assist in business development and client proposal processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, preferably in public accounting
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA or EA certification is a plus
- Experience in private audit and public audit is desirable
