Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements for a variety of clients
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the audit process
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Identify and communicate potential issues to management
- Stay up to date on industry and regulatory changes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license (For Supervisory level) or progress towards CPA (Seniors)
- 4+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
- Experience in auditing for non-profit, construction, automotive, hospitality, healthcare, professional services, and real estate industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software
