Key Responsibilities
- Understand and evaluate the client's business and industry risks.
- Perform audit and review procedures in accordance with GAAP and US GAAS standards.
- Review and assess financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Document analytical procedures and findings clearly and concisely.
- Train and direct junior staff members on audit procedures and best practices.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Supervise audit teams to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines.
- Plan and organize audit engagements efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience.
- Proficient in applying professional standards and firm policies.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
- Excellent technical skills in audit and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and provide exceptional service.
