We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team and provide exceptional accounting services to our non-profit clients. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to audit non-profit organizations, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of non-profit organizations, including planning, executing, and reporting on audit findings.
- Identify any financial risks or errors in non-profit organizations and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and guide audit teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to non-profit accounting and auditing.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Active CPA license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on non-profit audit.
- In-depth knowledge of non-profit accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
