We’re looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to drive for-profit audit engagements, lead teams, and act as a trusted client advisor. You’ll have the autonomy to manage projects while mentoring team members and contributing to growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead audit engagements from planning to execution, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Advise clients and resolve complex accounting issues related to GAAP and internal controls.
Mentor staff—delegating tasks and fostering development throughout projects.
Assist with business development efforts through client relationship management and presentations.
What You Bring:
5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on for-profit audits.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
Active CPA license.
Strong understanding of GAAP, compilations, and reviews.
Leadership skills and communication chops to manage teams and client relationships.
